Bharatiya Janata Party spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain said the party is hopeful that the Janata Dal-United will take a decision in favour of the people of Bihar. "We are waiting for JD-U's decision and that's why BJP ministers are not attending Cabinet meeting," he told CNN IBN.
