Report on IPL spot-fixing submitted to BBCI

CNN-IBN reports: The probe panel report into the Indian Premier League spot-fixing scandal has been submitted to the BCCI. The cricket board is divided over the report by the two-man inquiry panel. The report was investigation the role of Chennai Super Kings and Gurunath Meiyappan.
