Enough evidence to nail Bansal: BJP

The BJP today alleged that although there was enough evidence against former railways minister Pawan Bansal in the cash-for-job scam, he had been only named as an witness in the case.

"Whatever evidence is on record is sufficient to name Bansal as an accused. Rather surprisingly, he has been made a prosecution witness by the CBI," said Satya Pal Jain, former BJP MP and the chairman of the party's national committee on legal and Election Commission issues.
