Modi at Jammu rally: Need to relook if Article 370 has helped people of J&K

In Jammu, Modi stresses on the need to relook at Article 370 of the Indian Constitution, which grants special autonomous status to Jammu and Kashmir.

"The need of the hour is that we debate if Article 370 has helped the people of J&K or not. Pandit Nehru said with regard to Article 370 -- yeh samay rehte rehte ghis jaegi. Is your government ready to do what Nehruji said," asked Modi.

"Article 370 has become like a kavach (shell) and that is the reason we are not having a proper debate on this," he added.
