Besahara? Subrato Roy to appear before Sebi today

Sahara Group chief Subrato Roy and top executives are set to appear before SEBI today. If he doesn't, the economic offences wing will attach his properties. Sebi is acting on an order of the Supreme Court, which had ruled as illegal a Sahara investment scheme and ordered the company to repay Rs 24,000 crore to Sebi, which the market regulator would then return to about three crore investors.
