Durand Line internationally recognised boundary: US

A day after Kabul's strong objection to US remarks on Durand Line, the boundary between Afghanistan and Pakistan, the US has insisted that for Washington, the line continues to be an internationally recognised boundary between the two countries. 

"Our policy on this has not changed. It was correctly stated by Ambassador Grossman that we see this as the internationally recognised boundary," State Department spokesperson Victoria Nuland has said.
