Bobby Brown arrested for DUI

Singer Bobby Brown has been arrested for driving under the influence, just two months after his rehab stint. The incident happened around 1 am when a police cruiser spotted the 43-year-old driving erratically and pulled him over.

The officer smelled alcohol and gave the singer a field sobriety test, which he was said to have failed, reported TMZ online. Brown, the former husband of singer Whitney Houston, was promptly taken into custody and booked at a nearby police station.

The incident in the San Fernando Valley section of LA is Brown's second DUI arrest this year. In March, he was busted for driving under the influence in the same part of town.
