Lalu, Paswan detained in Patna

Just in: RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and Lok Janshakti Party president Ram Vilas Paswan have been detained in Patna. Detials awaited. The RJD, LJP and the Left have been protesting against the death of two people in police firing in Patna.

Two people were killed and over a dozen others injured on October 12 when police opened fire to control violent protestors in the district headquarter town of Madhubani in Bihar. Two youths died on the spot after being hit by bullets and over a dozen were injured during the clash with police.
