Kejriwal's allegations have broadened to include the Congress. He says the Congress is involved in Khurshid's scam. "Is it a Salman Khurshid NGO or a Congress NGO," asks Kejriwal.

The IAC activist says that a few names that are listed as beneficiaries in Salman Khurshid's trust remain untraceable and other 'beneficiaries' are not even physically challenged.  "People who were to benefit from NGO have in fact never received anything from it," says Kejriwal.

Khurshid denied any wrongdoing by the Zakir Hussain Memorial Trust, of which he is president and his wife Louise is project director, and said he would pursue legal action against a TV news channel which first aired allegations of financial misappropriation in the running of the trust.
