Question mark over Question Hour

Several Union Ministers have sent letters to Speaker of the Lok Sabha Meira Kumar to regroup the Question Hour days during the Winter Session of Parliament.
With the recent shuffle of the cabinet, many ministers have got more than one portfolio, which means one minister cannot be in the House during question hour on three different days.
Even though the regrouping of the ministries and departments is the prerogative of the Speaker, Kamal Nath, who is the Union Minister of parliamentary affairs will have a final say. He can therefore cut his friends and foes to size with the regrouping.
