Manhattan's top federal prosecutor Preet Bharara got a special shout-out from American music legend Bruce Springsteen, who dedicated a song to the India-born attorney at a concert last week.

During a performance in Connecticut, Springsteen, who is known as 'the Boss' shouted "This one's for Preet Bharara" before singing 'Death to My Hometown,' a composition about the effects of the economic crisis.

A huge fan of Springsteen, Bharara was sitting in the audience at the concert with his young son. "All I could think was, my son for the first time thought his dad was really cool," the New York Daily News quoted Bharara as saying.
