RCB's Pomersbach arrested for molestation

The controversies surrounding the fifth edition of the IPL continued on Thursday. After Shah Rukh Khan's alleged brawl at Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium, the Delhi police today arrested Royal Challengers Banglore's Luke Pomersbach for allegedly molesting a woman in a Delhi pub

A FIR has been filed against the Australian cricketer.

Pomersbach previously played for King XI Punjab.

The cricketer has a tainted past. On 9 August 2009, after two hit-and-run incidents, Pomersbach was arrested and charged by police with failing to stop, failing to accompany police, driving with a blood alcohol level in excess of .08, assaulting a public officer, obstructing police and escaping legal custody. He pleaded guilty and was fined and had his driver's licence cancelled.
