The CBI will file a chargesheet in the RTI activist Shehla Masood murder case in a special CBI court on May 26, the investigating agency's public prosecutor said today. The chargesheet will be filed on or before May 26.

The accused - Bhopal based-interior designer Zahida Pervez, her colleague Saba Farooqui, Shakib 'Danger', Irfan and Tabish were produced before the magistrate. On their way to the court, the two women accused remainedtight-lipped and covered their faces with scarves as they faced a volley of questions from the media. Shehla was shot dead outside her residence at the posh Koh-e-fiza locality in Bhopal on August 16, 2011.
