In the wee hours of Thursday, we found Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee furiously re-writing Friday's budget speech in a bid to ensure that Mamata Banerjee's latest antics over the railway budget don't derail the government. India Real Time happened to be there and, just for fun, we grabbed his copy.
