Rethink Trivedi decision, Pranab tells Mamata

Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee has urged the TMC chief to rethink her decision to sack Trivedi.

Incidentally, the Congress had supported Trivedi's railway budget on Wednesday.

But the prime minister is likely to accept Trivedi's resignation to maintain ties with its most important ally in the ruling coalition.
