Explosion in Pune NOT terror attack, 1 hurt: Cops

The explosion occurred at 3.30 pm. Police say it's low-intensity blast, but rules out a terror attack. The bomb squad has reached the spot. The person injured is a boy. The police are still not clear how the blast has occured.
