Absconding Kanda's anticipatory bail plea dismissed

Just in: As expected ex-Haryana minister Gopal Goyal Kanda's anticipatory bail plea has been dismissed. Dismissing the bail plea the court said his custodial interrogation was necessary to unearth the conspiracy leading to the suicide of his former employee Geetika Sharma. Kanda has been booked for abetting Geetika's suicide and has been absconding for 11 days now.
