Veerappa Moily: Won't blame states for blackout

So Sushilkumar Shinde takes over as home minister leaving his former portfolio as power minister with Veerappa Moily. Moily began by making the right noises, saying he will not blame states for the concurrent blackouts that affected 67 crore people. He said he does not believe in blame games and will institute an inquiry to see how it can be prevented. He said he would set up 24x7 monitoring to ensure constant vigil against power crashes and promised restructuring of state electricity regulatory boards.
