Islamist group claims attacks in Syria: SITE

An Islamist militant group has claimed responsibility for several deadly attacks against regime forces in Syria, SITE Intelligence Group reported on Tuesday.

Al-Nusra Front, unheard of before March when it claimed to have carried out January car bombings in Damascus and Aleppo that killed dozens, listed the new attacks in statements posted online, the United States-based monitoring agency said.
