In a shocking incident, a Shiromani Akali Dal Sarpanch Balwinder Singh of Gidderbaha in Punjab slapped and manhandled a woman teacher during the public visit program of Harsimrat Kaur Badal who is Member of Parliament and wife of Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal.
