Bhushan: Urgent need for people's reforms

Prashant Bhushan speaking to NDTV says there is an urgent need for people's reforms and changes were needed to take democracy forward. The only way to do that is to have people's participation in law making. But it was heartening to see the youth of this country shed their cynicism.
