Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh on Sunday alleged that the Madhya Pradesh government was tapping his phone.
"I know that the Madhya Pradesh government taps my phone. I have no problem with it," Singh said a day after he rejected the involvement of the Centre into the alleged phone tapping of four senior leaders, including himself.
"I don't believe this story because Manmohan Singh's government cannot do such an unethical and illegal task," he had said.
Singh, however, during an interaction with reporters at his residence said he had no objection to his phone being tapped.
He further accused Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan of protecting corrupt ministers in his cabinet.
