Senior journalist Vir Sanghvi on the Spicejet passenger getting locked in the loo. "If the engineering department of an airline can't be bothered to check the toilet door, then do you trust the same engineers to check the engines, the door bolts etc? It's a symptom of a much greater failure & reflects on the attitude to safety," he tweeted.
