SC declares AAP councilor Chandigarh mayor

The Supreme Court declares AAP councilor Kuldeep Kumar as winner and Mayor of union territory of Chandigarh.

The court set aside the Chandigarh mayoral poll and said it is evident that the presiding officer made a deliberate attempt to deface eight ballot papers.

The court also orders the prosecution of returning officer Anil Masih for misdemeanour.
