Bihar Assembly Speaker Awadh Bihari Choudhary on Wednesday announced that he will not resign ahead of the trust vote on February 12. The newly formed NDA government led by Nitish Kumar will seek a trust vote in the state assembly. Speaker Choudhary, who is a senior RJD leader, said he will go by the rules.
