Just in: Former Karnataka deputy chief minister G Parameshwara and other Congress MLAs reached the party office in Bengaluru for Congress Legislative Party meeting on Thursday.

The Congress on Thursday announced Siddaramaiah as the next chief minister of Karnataka and D K Shivakumar as his only deputy in the soon-to-formed cabinet ending days of suspense after the party won the May 10 assembly election in the state.
