Anand Mahindra, Chairman Mahindra Group was an invitee to the State Dinner at the White House yesterday. "Landed in D.C and honoured to be an invitee to the State Dinner tonight. After hearing this preview of the preparations for dinner made by @FLOTUS I've decided to skip lunch, work up my appetite, and do justice to all her efforts!" he had tweeted.

He also shared this image alongside saying the Marine Band at the State Dinner played 'Ae mere watan ke logon'.

Big names in the tech world and billionaire industrialists such as Mukesh Ambani, Google CEO Sunder Pichai and Apple CEO Tim Cook were among those invited to the State Dinner hosted in the honour of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the White House on Thursday.
