PM: UPA-led 2004-2014 was about scams

PM in Parliament: Between 2004-14, the UPA turned every opportunity into a problem. When the world was making advancements in technology, they were stuck in the 2G scam.

"In 2010, Commonwealth Games, an opportunity presented itself to show India's progress to the world, but even that turned into a huge scam.

"Today, all the credible institutions of the world, all experts who deeply study the global effects and can also make predictions for the future, are very hopeful & excited for India. Why is this happening? Why is the entire world looking at India hopefully.

"The answer lies hidden in India's stability, its global reputation, its rising capability and new possibilities arising here."
