5 Congress workers sustain burns injuries during mashaal march in Chhattisgarh

Five Congress workers sustained burns during the 'mashaal march' campaign launched by the party against the Centre over Rahul Gandhi's disqualification and "to save democracy" in Jagdalpur on Friday.

"Four of them have 10-15 per cent burns, while the other one has suffered more than 30 per cent burns. The condition of all of them is stable and out of danger," said Dr Sanjay Prasad, civil surgeon, at Maharani Hospital, Jagdalpur. -- ANI
