Jammu and Kashmir DGP Dilbagh Singh arrives at the residence where DGP Prisons HK Lohia was found dead last night.

According to Jammu ADGP, his domestic helper Yasir Ahmed is the main suspect in the case.

A temporary suspension of mobile data services has been ordered in Jammu's Rajouri district for fear that the "services will be misused by anti-national elements and may cause a deterioration in public order."

Police on Tuesday said initial investigations into the murder of Jammu and Kashmir's Director General (Prisons) Hemant Kumar Lohia here did not point towards the terror angle as efforts are on to arrest his domestic help who has emerged as the main suspect in the case.
