ED arrests Jharkhand mining secretary Pooja Singhal

The Enforcement Directorate on Wednesday arrested IAS officer Pooja Singhal in alleged money laundering case.

Singhal was questioned by ED yesterday and today along with her husband in a money-laundering probe linked to alleged embezzlement of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act funds in Khunti and other charges.

Finally, on Wednesday, the ED said she has been arrested.
