Modi to speak to Putin this afternoon after ceasefire in force

To reiterate: Russia has declared a ceasefire in four cities of Ukraine for evacuation of civilians from the war zones. This comes at the behest of French President Emmanuel Macron's talks with Russian president Vladimir Putin. PM Modi will speak to Putin, but the ceasefire decision, is not at Narendra Modi's behest. The ceasefire will take place at 12:30 pm IST.
