SC to hear Sena plea on floor test at 5 pm

The Supreme Court agrees to hear at 5 pm, the plea of Shiv Sena chief whip Sunil Prabhu challenging Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari's direction to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray to prove his majority support on the floor of the House at 11 am tomorrow.

"Floor test cannot include names which are 'stigmatised'," says senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi representing the Shiv Sena in the SC.
