Uddhav to address state at 5 pm via FB Live

Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray will address the people via Facebook Live at 5 pm today. He will speak on the ongoing political crisis in the state. Thackeray, who tested positive for COVID today joined the Cabinet meeting held this afternoon via video conferencing.

Meanwhile, the 34 rebel Shiv Sena MLAs passed a resolution electing Ekanth Shinde as their legislative party leader. They also removed Sena MLA Sunil Prabhu as party whip and appointed Bharat Gogawale as the new whip.
