Journalist Sudhir Suryawanshi tweets that Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray is contemplating whether to resign today in the cabinet meeting & propose the dissolution of the state assembly or face the floor test by giving some emotional speech and then resign. Before this decision, Uddhav Thackeray likely to speak with NCP chief Sharad Pawar.
