Beaches in Mumbai to remain open from 6 am to 10 am due to heavy rains: BMC

The Mumbai civic body has on Thursday said that all the beaches in Mumbai would remain open for the general public from 6 am to 10 am only due to the heavy rainfall in the city and keeping in view the drowning incidents.

"In the wake of heavy rainfall & keeping in mind the drowning incidents, all the beaches in Mumbai shall be opened to the general public from 6 am to 10 am only,' said Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation. -- ANI
