SC to hear Senas plea against speakers action on July 11

The Uddhav Thackeray faction of the Shiv Sena has moved the Supreme Court against the order of new Maharashtra speaker recognising the new party whip of rebel Shiv Sena MLAs led by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.

The Supreme Court agreed to hear on July 11 this fresh plea by the Uddhav faction along with the pending ones.
