Utpal Parrikar's decision on Goa polls today

Man of the moment, Utpal Parrikar, says he will hold a press conference today to announce his decision for the Goa polls.

Former Goa CM Manohar Parrikar's son turned down the BJP's offer of a seat since he wanted to contest from his father's Panaji seat. The BJP picked sitting MLA Atanasio "Babush" Monserrate instead.

The AAP has said Utpal is welcome to join the party, while the Sena has said they will offer support to him as an independent candidate.
