This minister is 'not interested' in wearing a mask

When we have leaders like this we can only blame ourselves.

Karnataka Minister Umesh Katti who was seen without a mask, not even a chin mask, has this defence: "The PM has said that no restriction will be imposed and that it (wearing face mask) is an individual responsibility. Whoever wishes to wear a mask can do so. I am not interested in wearing it so I haven't. It is my individual decision."
