Salman gets arms licence after death threats

Actor Salman Khan has been issued an Arms license after he applied for a weapon license for self-protection in the backdrop of threat letters that he received recently: Mumbai Police.

The actor and his father got a death threat in early June, just days after singer Sidhu Moosewala was shot dead near Punjab's Mansa on May 29.

The licence issuing authority had started the necessary investigation after Khan met the Mumbai Police Commissioner last month.
