Cong meet on induction of Prashant Kishor begins

The Congress high command has begun its crucial meeting to decide on whether it will accept poll strategist Prashant Kishor's proposal to revamp the grand old party ahead of the 2024 general election.

Besides party chief Sonia Gandhi, members of the seven-member committee that submitted a report to her on Kishor's proposal have reached the party chief's residence for the meeting.

The meeting is taking place at 10 Janpath today.

The committee members include KC Venugopal, Digvijaya Singh, Ambika Soni, Randeep Surjewala, Jairam Ramesh, and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.
