3 terrorists killed at Uri, 70 grenades recovered

The Indian Army eliminated 3 terrorists in Rampur sector near Uri on LoC. They had recently crossed over from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir into Indian side. 5 AK-47s, 8 pistols and 70 hand grenades recovered from the terrorists killed in the operation.

A movement was observed in Hathlanga forest early this morning. The attempt was eliminated, with neutralization of 3 terrorists... A similar attempt was made on (September) 18, which was foiled, Lt Gen DP Pandey, General Officer Commanding (GOC), Srinagar's Chinar Corps(15 Corps), said.
