Kerala appoints ex-envoy Venu Rajamony as OSD

The Kerala government has appointed Venu Rajamony, IFS (retd), who had served as former ambassador to the Netherlands, press secretary to President Pranab Mukherjee, and Indian consul general in Dubai, as officer on special duty on a part-time basis for a period of one year in the rank equivalent to chief secretary.
