There was no need to arrest Aryan Khan: Rohatgi

Aryan Khan's lawyer Mukul Rohatgi tells the court that in his client's case there is no recovery of drugs, no consumption of drugs and no medical test was done either (to see if narcotics were present in Khan's bloodstream).

Rohatgi says there is nothing against my client and therefore there is no need for arresting him.

He told the court that the NCB had prior information that people will be carrying drugs. So the NCB sent officers so they could apprehend customers. Aryan Khan and Merchant were apprehended but since there was nothing against there was no need to arrest him.
