NCB team in Mumbai to quiz Sameer Wankhede

A five-member team of the Narcotics Control Bureau will reach Mumbai from Delhi on Wednesday to conduct probe into the allegations of corruption made by Prabhakar Sail, who is a witness in the drugs-on-cruise case of Mumbai.

The NCB team will comprise DDG NCB Gyaneshwar Singh along with 4 other officers, said sources.

The NCB team will interrogate zonal director Sameer Wankhede on Wednesday in connection with extortion charges levelled against him, reported India Today. -- ANI
