Former Attorney General of India Mukul Rohatgi argues for Aryan Khan and makes a pertinent point: "This case has attracted public gaze and media attention only due to his parents otherwise this case would not have even been mentioned like this."

Aryan Khan, as you must know over the last couple of weeks, is the son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan.

"With this compendium of facts, what I am saying that there is no case. There is no consumption, no possession... Why this boy has been sent 20 days in jail...," Rohatgi asks the court.
