Punjab CM to meet Amarinder today

A day after the Centre increased the jurisdiction of Border Security Force (BSF) in a few states, including Punjab, former hockey Olympian and Cabinet minister Pargat Singh alleged former Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh's role behind the move.

Taking a dig at BJP and claiming Amarinder is hand-in-glove with the saffron party, Pargat said the development smacked of a "design to implement Governor's rule in the state by tagging it as a disturbed state'.
