3.26L new Covid cases in India; 3,890 deaths in 24 hrs

With 3,26,098 people testing positive for coronavirus in a day, India's COVID-19 tally of cases climbed to 2,43,72,907, while the death toll rose to 2,66,207 with 3,890 fresh fatalities, according to the Union health ministry data updated on Saturday.

The number of people who have recuperated from the disease surged to 2,04,32,898, the data stated.

Death toll: 2,66,207

Active cases: 36,73,802

Total vaccination: 18,04,57,579
