Advocate MK Gahlaut, who approached the Delhi High Court seeking an ICU bed with ventilator for a patient yesterday, informs the court that the patient died, his mother passed away and one more family member is on death bed. He moves contempt petition, says yesterday, the HC ordered that all COVID patients have to be given treatment.

The Delhi high court on Thursday directed the Delhi government to ensure treatment was available to all Covid patients from the national capital, and said that medical facilities in city was unable to hold up to the test it was put under by the pandemic's current wave.
