Central Vista PIL to be heard on May 10

Central Vista construction case hearing begins in the Supreme Court: Siddharth Luthra, lawyer appearing for the petitioner said, how come at a time when there is a health emergency in the country, is construction activity on, especially when labourers are in a health camp and the situation is very bad.

"We are facing a humanitarian crisis. If construction activity will be deferred for 3 - 4 weeks, it will serve the purpose, (for the time being)," said Siddharth Luthra, lawyer appearing for the petitioner in Central Vista construction case in Supreme Court.

"Since there is a public health emergency, let the matter be taken by the Delhi High Court on May 10," Luthra submitted to the Supreme Court bench.
